Famous Singer Rihanna Rushed To The Hospital

Rihanna was rushed to the hospital Monday night after an evening of partying.

The singer was treated in a New York hospital emergency room for dehydration and exhaustion. The trip to the E.R. came just after the singer had to pull out of a scheduled rehearsal for an upcoming appearance on Saturday Night Live.

The trip to the hospital is not the first for the superstar. The singer was forced to visit a Swedish hospital last year after she became ill while on tour. She was forced to cancel more than one appearance.

Rihanna took the time to snap a photo of her IV drip and post it to her Twitter account before she was released. Friends have expressed concern for the singer, urging her to take some time away from partying and her hectic lifestyle.

She has since returned home to Los Angeles where she is said to be resting and recovering.
